Our large Weck tulip jar is a perfect storage option for fresh jams and preserves and is suitable for pressure canning and water baths. Crafted of glass in Germany, this simple yet stylish vessel holds 1 liter and features a removable orange rubber ring and two spring clamps to ensure its contents are airtight.  Use this jar for your sourdough starter by removing the rubber ring and clamps.
